Description: Sell vendor space for upcoming events. Coordinate and supervise set-up and break down process of all
vendors and ensure area is cleared and cleaned after the event. Primary
Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, implement and update vendor base. Maintain and communicate
related documents, calendars and contacts to ensure timely and accurate information marketing and follow through for each
event. Prepare ongoing reports regarding vendor status, marketing evaluation, and check upcoming calendars for communication
to vendors and other to ensure seamless execution, supervision and coordination of activities. Prepare detailed budget requests
for required materials and equipment for projects and events, seeks sponsorship and transportation for events as appropriate.
Assist with festival launch function, and other functions and events leading up to and during the festival liaising with local
organizations to build support for the festival.
QUALIFICATION: A college degree preferably in marketing. 4+ years
customer service/outside sales experience1 year event coordinator experience Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft PowerPoint2+ years presentation experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High School Diploma
or GED required

Job summary Meet, greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing art pieces.
Summary
of essential job functions
1. Meet each customer with a smile.
2. Escort customer around gallery.
3. Listen and assist customers through the purchasing process.
4. Fill-in purchase receipt with pertinent information and delivery to cashier
.5.
Assist customer through the after sale delivery.
Minimum
requirements 2 years
of art related studies. 1 year of retail or outside sales experience.
Abilities required Excellent people skills; Strong math skills; Communication and writing skills; Must
be comfortable in a fast pace environment.
